Shipping Fees

  • Orders above ₦150,000: FREE shipping — no delivery fee applied.
  • Orders below ₦150,000: A flat delivery fee of ₦3,500 is added at checkout.
  • Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on your cart total.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a WhatsApp notification when your order is shipped.

1. Use of the Platform

ZMARKET is an online retail platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes.
  • For Bank Transfer orders, payment must be made to: Opay | ZMARKET Service | 6559561420. Send proof of payment via WhatsApp after transfer.
  • Orders not paid within 24 hours (Bank Transfer) may be cancelled automatically.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. ZMARKET is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or inaccurate address information provided by the buyer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent orders or chargebacks
  • Misuse of promotional codes
  • Posting false or misleading reviews
  • Any activity that disrupts or harms the platform

How do I place an order?
Browse products, add items to your cart, and click "Proceed to Checkout". You'll need to be signed in and have a saved delivery address. Choose your payment method and confirm your order.
When do I get free delivery?
Orders with a total value of ₦150,000 or above qualify for free delivery. Orders below ₦150,000 attract a flat delivery fee of ₦3,500, automatically added at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery. Bank Transfer: Opay | ZMARKET Service | 6559561420. For bank transfer, send your payment proof to WhatsApp after payment.
How do I track my order?
